Hand Crafted in the Seafood Capital of Alabama – “Bayou La Batre”, Our stuffed shrimp is made by using only wild-caught, domestic, chemical free, 16-20 count, white shrimp. We personally peel and devein them before butterflying, stuffing with a crab meat stuffing, then finish them by wrapping in bacon. They are immediately flash-frozen at -20 degrees before vacuum sealed. These are wonderful as a full meal or appetizers. Thaw them out and grill or batter and fry!
