These are where it all started for Bayou Gourmet. My mother’s 30 plus year old recipe, these are hand patted in Bayou la Batre, AL only using the freshest crab meat possible with our minimal binder. They are immediately flash frozen at -20 degrees before vacuum sealed. They are great to have in the freezer at all times and are great for an appetizer or full meal.
Goes straight from freezer to oven at 350 and ready to serve in 30-35 minutes.
