Also known as Deviled Crab, this is a 40 year old recipe of my late grandmother’s. It is similar to a crab cake in texture but a totally different recipe. Only using the freshest hand picked crab meat the day before we make them, they are immediately flash-frozen at -20 degrees, then vacuum sealed.
