Our specialty seafood products are handcrafted in Bayou La Batre, the seafood capital of Alabama.
We use only domestic, wild-caught seafood sourced from fishermen who we are proud to call family and friends. This allows us to offer our customers the highest quality product with the freshest possible ingredients.
Our products are flash frozen and never thawed before reaching the consumer. The majority of our specialty products are meant to be cooked frozen and ready to serve in 30 – 60 minutes. They are great to have in the freezer at all times.

1. Text me, Ryan Taylor, Owner @ 205 585 3108 (Pre-Order Only) - Cut off is Thursday around 2:00 pm.
2. I text pricing (pricing changes weekly)
3. I get đŠ in on Fridayâs around 11:00
4. I deliver straight to your house or pick-up in Cherokee Bend (Mountain Brook) is an option.
5. I accept every form of payment: Venmo, Check, Cash, đł
6. I only sell whole sacks of live crawfish âI Do Not Cookâ.
7. Sacks are based off of an average of 30 lbs⊠(they could be 29,30,31⊠up to 36 or so) Each sack is tagged with exact weight and thatâs how I bill per pound.
8. You do not have to be home or leave cooler out.
9. I deliver, with a bag of ice, in a wax box, and put them in shaded area unless specified to leave in a certain place. Same for picking up, they will be in wax box, with a bag of ice.
*** Crawfish đŠ can easily be kept alive for 3-4 days, so, if you are wanting to do it on Sunday, they will be absolutely fine.

My Gumbo, ĂtouffĂ©e and Crawfish Julie (All HAVE âNO MEATâ) can be thawed under strictly cold water im 20 minutes and ready to heat and serve over rice.
Everything is made and or comes from Bayou La Batre and are my Mom and Grandmotherâs 30 - 60 year old recipes. We make everything using the BEST SEAFOOD anyone can possibly get, blast freeze @ -20, then vacuum seal.

Simple instructions will be included to just leave a cooler out, you do not have to be home as I make it as convenient as possible for people on the go to not worry about rushing home or being there when delivered.
I pack seafood with gel packs (and / or leave your own in cooler) to make sure everything stays frozen.
Our specialty seafood goes straight in the oven from frozen state and is as quick and simple as it gets to have a gourmet meal when youâre thinking about what to do âmeat freeâ last minute or planning ahead and having them in the freezer ready to go.
